Migration: Risk and Rewards
Migration: Risk and Rewards
The phenomenon of moving from one geographical/political boundary to another geographical/political boundary in a common language is called migration. Since ancient times, humans have migrated due to environmental reasons, economic reasons, socio-cultural and political reasons for better living. The main purpose of the migration has been a dignified and respectful life, better education, better healthcare, and social and economic security have been at its center.

Mostly in India people migrate due to economic insecurity from underdeveloped states to developed states and between villages to cities, which are usually divided into two classes: White-collar migrant workers and Blue-collar migrant workers. White-collar workers have almost all the basic facilities while Blue-collar workers work as industrial and daily labourers, they even do not have access to housing, education, health facilities, and not even to clean drinking water.

Our Aim is

To collect reliable and valid data related to the migrant population in order to increase the effectiveness of governments in policymaking for the migrant people.

To provide a platform to all levels of government, research institutions, non-governmental organizations and industrial houses by establishing dialogue and coordination with them; So that an inclusive solution to migration-related problems can be ensured. Ensuring security for the behind children, women, old and other sensitive groups.

Encouraging policies that can turn migration into rewards.
